Connected Bracelet – A French Innovation for a Healthier Future

This school project was a complete and multidisciplinary response to a fictive tender that I managed from start to finish. I was tasked with developing a 100% French-made connected bracelet, designed to track daily activities and sports performance, while integrating advanced features such as GPS, SpO2 sensors, and heart rate monitoring. I handled every aspect of the project, from the product design to the market research, competitor analysis, communication strategy, financial feasibility, and the creation of both functional and technical specification documents.

In addition to the technical and design aspects, I was responsible for the strategic planning, market positioning, and business development. I analyzed market trends, identified key competitors, and formulated a comprehensive communication strategy, including SEO, SEA, SMO, and offline marketing techniques. This project allowed me to experience firsthand the process of launching a product in the competitive wearable tech market.

From Market Research to Brand Launch

This was a complete project in response to a fictive tender, and I was responsible for every part of it. I conducted secondary research, analyzed competitors, and identified the target audience. I also developed a detailed communication strategy to position the product effectively in the market, including SEO, SEA, SMO, and offline marketing techniques. I designed the product’s identity from scratch, including market research, persona development, logo design, and website creation. This project allowed me to not only apply my design skills but also gain a deeper understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of launching a product.

Building a Sustainable Business Model

In addition to the creative and design work, I also focused on the business model and financial feasibility of launching the connected bracelet. I developed a detailed commercial feasibility study, including pricing strategies, profitability projections, and risk analysis. I considered potential challenges in manufacturing, sustainability, and scalability, ensuring the product could be marketed both in France and internationally. The project culminated in creating detailed functional specifications, technical requirements, and a clear roadmap for product development and market entry.
