This project aimed to redesign the user experience of a real estate platform. The primary goal was to create a simple and intuitive journey to attract and retain users while addressing the specific needs of their profiles.

A detailed analysis of personas and the customer journey was conducted to understand users’ motivations and pain points. This allowed for mapping critical touchpoints (from searching for properties to online valuation) and proposing strategic UX improvements. The outcome was an interactive prototype, developed on Framer, featuring seamless navigation and a responsive layout.
